Title of Artwork: Madison's Reach
Description of Rain Barrel artwork (75 words or less):
The octopus represents Madison and its many attributes: dance, photography, art, music, education, cows, cheese, agriculture, local food, community, green transportation, and sports. The octopus in my favorite creature and makes its way into a lot of my artwork so it only seemed natural to make Madison's beautiful skyline perched on top of an octopus head. The tentacles of the octopus reach out of the water revealing some of Madison's most well known characteristics.
